Shipping policy

  • Processing times — All orders are processed and shipped within 3 days. 
  • Domestic shipping rates - We exclusively use USPS for shipping. First Class Mail does NOT include tracking. Ground Advantage and above does include tracking. 
  • Estimated delivery times — Domestic shipping typically takes 5-7 days via USPS. 
  • Free shipping threshold — Free shipping is available for orders $25 and over. 
  • International shipping — We exclusively use International Forever stamps for International orders. We find that this method performs best and ensures delivery. There is NO tracking available with these stamps. International orders take approximately 3 weeks for deliveries. 
  • Lost or damaged packages — Please contact us immediately if your package is damaged or lost.
