The fruits are eye-catching: dark golden yellow to almost orange skin with very dark anthocyanin shoulders that deepen in full sun, creating a dramatic contrast that makes them pop in the garden and on the plate.   Inside, the flesh is juicy and tender with a sweet, fruity tomato flavor that’s rich without being overly acidic—perfect for fresh slicing, summer salads, or bright tomato platters.
