Happy Jack- 10 Organically grown seeds This is a rather elusive Belgian heirloom that made it's way to the USA in the 1950's. Large, heavy pink hearts that can easily reach 1 lb. Very dense flesh with low seed count. Taste is mild but intense when cooked. We grew this variety maybe 10 years ago and it made a comeback in our garden.
