The indeterminate, regular-leaf vines are vigorous and productive, continuing to set fruit right up until frost when cared for properly. 

The fruits are medium-sized beefsteaks (about 3.5–7 oz / 100–200 g) with a striking pink or dark pink skin accented by deep purple or blue-violet shoulders—a visual effect thanks to high anthocyanin pigmentation that intensifies in strong sunlight. 

Inside, you’ll find dense, firm flesh with few seeds and a juicy, well-balanced taste that leans sweet and fruity without harsh acidity. It’s beautiful sliced fresh in salads, on sandwiches, or simply enjoyed straight off the vine.
