Chinese Princess- ( Kitayskaya Printsessa) This is a Russian variety of amateur selection (wish we knew the name of this amateur). Why it is called Chinese Princess, no idea. There really isn't a lot of information on this tomato. It was so productive! Super producer. Most averaged around 7 oz. Beautiful jade green beefsteaks with a bright green interior. Fresh, mild with a bright tang at the finish. Very juicy. I would recommend this more as a collector tomato, or as a breeding tomato. Don't pick these dead ripe, but just before.
