Corno di Toro

Corno di Toro - 10+ Organically grown seeds AKA: Cowhorn pepper, Carmen's Italian, Bull's Horn, or Corne de Taureau. By any name, it is an Italian heirloom pepper. Very long bull-horn shaped peppers that vary in color. Although some vendors sell specific colors, this is a mix of yellow, orange or red. They all start at the green stage which is also excellent for eating. Many of them will reach an impressive 6-7 inches. This is my very favorite frying pepper and also a favorite in it's homeland of Italy.  Can be used for stuffing, roasting or drying. Very thin skin and very sweet. Moderately productive. Fresh seed grown 2022. C. Annuum Mid-Late Season
