H. Guizeppi Hatch Chile Pepper Seeds – 10+ Florida Grown Seeds
Classic Hatch flavor, gentle heat, and heirloom roots—H. Guizeppi is a prized Hatch chile developed in the sun-soaked soils of New Mexico. Named after pioneer chile farmer Joseph “Giuzeppi” Franzoy, this variety offers all the smoky, earthy richness of traditional Hatch peppers, but with a milder bite perfect for everyday cooking.
The pods are big, smooth, and thick-walled, growing up to 12 inches long. Picked green or left to ripen to red, they’re ideal for fire-roasting, stuffing, drying, or transforming into flavorful chile sauces. The plants are vigorous, productive, and thrive in full sun—just what you’d expect from a true Hatch heritage pepper.
