This indeterminate, regular-leaf variety produces medium beefsteak tomatoes weighing roughly 150–250 g (5–9 oz) that are slightly flattened with rounded, gently ribbed shoulders. The most distinctive feature is the skin: striking shades of green striped and mottled with pink, creating a “camouflage” effect that’s as fun in the garden as it is on the plate. 

Inside, the flesh is greenish with pink marbling, juicy, and richly flavored with a complex, well-balanced tomato taste that stands out among heirlooms of this size class.
