10+ Organically Grown Seeds — Kozula 37
A standout from legendary Polish breeder Anna Jankowski (Kozula), Kozula 37 is a refined, modern heirloom prized for its classic form and exceptional texture. This midseason, indeterminate, regular-leaf variety produces large pink beefsteaks—typically 7–12 oz (200–350 g)—with a gently flattened shape, rounded shoulders, and broad ribbing near the top that gives each fruit an unmistakable heirloom presence.
Slice one open and you’ll see why growers chase this line: dense, creamy, beefy flesh with very small seed cavities, minimal gel, and a luxurious mouthfeel that holds together beautifully on the cutting board. Flavor is rich and balanced—full tomato depth with a smooth sweetness and low acidity, making it an easy favorite for fresh slicing, sandwiches, and sauces.
Vigorous plants can reach around 6 ft (≈1.8 m) and keep producing reliably from midseason into fall, especially when given sturdy staking and consistent feeding.
