This was our first year growing it and we are in love. Usually not a big fan of whites but this one is an exception. Light, sweet flavor. Perfect for fresh eating , roasting or a salad. It doesn't hurt that it is a Potato Leaf either. They seem to be hardier plants in my book and more disease resistant. If you are a fan of Karen Olivier, this is a must grow.
