Palermo Pointed

Palermo Pointed- 10 Organically grown seeds This is a sweet (dulce) deep red Italian pepper. We've seen it called Palermo Sweet also.  It can also be eaten in the green stage very nicely. It has a brix score of 9 which makes it extremely sweet. Thin skinned and super productive. Excellent for stuffing or grilling then adding a little sea salt and olive oil. Can be used in tomato salad also. A vigorous plant that produces massive peppers. Grows exceptionally well under cool conditions and shows resistance to TMV. We released the seed for this many years ago with our original source being the U.K. Due to it's very low seed count, we can only offer one pack per customer. Capsium Annuum Mid-Season
